Our Home health Care provides a wide range of health and social services delivered at home to those recovering from illness or injury and those who are disabled or chronically ill. It allows individuals to familiarize the surroundings of their own home even an individual or family member is in need of special treatment, personal care assistance or just a respite from the caring of a loved one. It is a formal, regulated program of care delivered by registered and well trained Staff Nurses and Nursing Assistants. They are generally well prepared to conduct patient education. Discussion between family physicians and staffs are usually done to facilitate appropriate patient education to understanding and caring in a holistic approach. Thorough initial assessment is being performed with specific plan of care followed by weekly evaluation which maximizes the case for our patients.
 

Services Offered:

• Caring for the elderly by assisting in the daily activities of living with greater safety and independence in their own home thus also providing early recognition of any arising potential health problems.
• Caring the newborn babies either ill and well.
• Caring the sick children & adults.
• Post CVA who needs total nursing care such as maintaining good hygiene, turning to sides & giving maintenance medications with different contraceptions such as NGT, gastronomy tube tracheostomy and catheters.
• Chronic Renal Failure who is on a continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis using both manual and mechanical procedures.
• Diabetic Mellitus for blood sugar monitoring and administering prescribed insulins.
• Post operative cases to aid in early ambulation and recovery for completion of medications.
• Home Visitis for some special procedures like IV, Catheters and Nasograstic tube insertion, administering of intravenous medications and vaccines, nebulization, wound dressing and more of  nursing related procedures.
