The Pharmacy offers a wide range of products from electrical beauty and health care equipment, personal care products for men and women and baby care products. We introduced a color coded method of high lighting the merchandise at the pharmacy to make shopping more convenient for the customers.
    
    Following the American guidelines for dispensing in a retail pharmacy, our new dispensary counter is divided into a number of work stations. Each one contains a drop-off and a pick-up point for dispensing services. This unique set-up is supported by the new software system "Patient Medication Record" and medication labeling which will open a file for each customer. The information will always be treated confidentially and will not be released to any agency unless there is written approval from the patient. 
    
    The pharmacy is linked online with over 80 specialty doctors in Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Center. It is being run by BinSina which is linked to other BinSina pharmacies.
